Anyone who knows me well knows I HATE to fly, after a long plane ride to Cancun, all I wanted to do was go to the cantina bar and kick back with a couple of margaritas. All Jasin wanted to do was walk on the beach, and watch the ocean and hang out in this hut. I should have known "something was up" then . :) He sat next to me in the little romantic hut, with the sun setting into the turquoise waters and the waves crashing on the sand and was very quiet and oddly nervous. He turned to me, looked into my eyes and held my hand, it was very romantic and he said, "I have been waiting a long time to do this, we have been through a lot together in the past five years and I really love you and I want to spend the rest of my life with you!!!" I was SPEACHLESS!!! And said, "well honey its about time" :) How he managed to pull this off without me even having the slightest clue is still beyond me, and in a foreign country no doubt. I was so surprised and loved every minute of it. We finally did make it up to the cantina bar to celebrate with Ian and Rosie with 4 shots of celebratory tequilla!

God why wont she STOP talking and be quiet for a minute? I have something very important to ask her. I could HAVE really used a few margaritas too, but this was more important, besides as soon as I proposed I could stop worrying about it. It was a beautiful night, I looked into her eyes and did it. I barely remember doing it, I was so nervous, there it was done, I was happy, she said YES, now LETS DRINK!!!
