Welcome
I will never forget the night I met Zane. The Texas Country band "The Tejas Brother's" was playing at the Rockin P Bar and Grill in our hometown of Stephenville. Our mutual friend Elise introduced Zane and I, but I had no intentions of getting to know him. He was tall, had dark daring eyes, an armful of tattoos, a mischievous grin along with a whiskey and coke in his hands. The first thing I asked Zane was his age and he told me. The only thing I could think of to say back was "Aw you're a baby," as if I'm an old lady while swinging my arms pretending a baby were in my hands. He laughed and said "You're crazy because I'm only two years younger than you." We talked a little more throughout the night but nothing was made of it. However a couple days later we ran into each other again at the same place. We couldn't stop talking to each other and I certainly couldn't stop staring at him. I knew there was something special about this boy, but I could not figure it out. It definitely goes to show that you cannot judge a book by its cover. He eventually got my number and worked up the courage to ask me on a date. I am so glad I accepted his request because it was the best date I had ever been on. Zane took me to the Paluxy River where we walked and got to know each other a little better. Yet it was very cheesy but I loved every minute of it! It was there that I learned that he had lost his Dad as well as his Step Dad. I shared with him that I too had lost someone special and dear to me, my Step Dad. We instantly had a bond and we were both able to talk about our situations because we both experienced the loss of a Father. He then took me to dinner at The Green Pickle. It was magical it look like a scene from the movie Hope Floats. I was hooked from then on. Zane is the most caring sincere man I ever met and he is the LOVE of my life. ~ Love is all you need.~
Our ceremony will take place outside at The Granbury Square Plaza on September 15, 2012. It is only a matter of time until I take those first steps down the aisle in my wedding dress to become Mrs. Zane Harris! This will be an event to remember and we can't wait to share it with all of you!
Our reception will immediately follow the ceremony. It will be held indoors up the stairs of The Granbury Square Plaza. Please join us and celebrate our new lives as Mr. and Mrs. Harris! There will be a fajita bar, drinks, a candy bar, dancing, good times for all!
Zane and I want to thank our dearest family and friends for being here for us. We cherish the friendship and love you gave us, and continue to give to us. Thank you for visiting our wedding website and honeymoon registry. You all have blessed our lives and we can't wait to share our special day with you!
